- Coding completed: all features implemented and test cases finished until 28 October 2025 ✓
- Release 11.0 beta1 and release_11 branch on 29 October 2025 ✓
- Begin of testing on 03 November 2025
- Pretest: 03 November until 14 November
- Community Test: 17 November until 06 February 2026
- Run all test cases at least once until 06 Februar 2026
- First stable 11.0 release planned for 17 March 2026
- Full maintenance support for version 11 until 31December 2027
- Security bug fixes only until 31 December 2028
There is no more Feature Freeze for ILIAS 11. Features can be suggested anytime and are – if elaborated – accepted for trunk. The responsible authority decides if they make it into 11 or into a later version.
