Present Users Learning Progress as Secondary Panel in Course/Group/Folder

1 Initial Problem

Oftentimes the learning progress is of high importance to participants. However they need to click to open a dedicated tab. 

2 Conceptual Summary

• As a Standard Panel users are presented with a Chart Progressmeter indicating their overall Learning Progress.
• An Action "View Details" takes users to the Learning Progress tab. 
• The display ist (de)activated in the "Learning Progress Setttings .
• Learning Progress Settings: 
  • Status is Determined by a Collection of Items: Each object determining the learning progress contributes the same percentatge.  
  • Tutors Monitor and Set Status: Not offered, since there would be only 0% and 100%, obiously this is not very helpful.

10 Implementation

Implemented as described above. The block contains a fixed size KS progress meter, and below it a KS standard item. The status as text is the item's title, and the Learning Progress mode of the Course is its description.

For details on how the percentage is calculated, see Move Personal Learning Progress-tab in Main Bar to KS.

The Learning Progress settings were moved to KS not only in Courses/Groups/Folders, but every object.
