Show Learning Progress Status in Repository

It should be possible to show the learning progress status of the current logged in user in the object list views (repository, personal desktop, search result list).
The feature should be de/activatable in the global learning progress settings.

JF 18 Feb 2013: We appreciate this feature and schedule it for 4.4.
Matthias Kunkel, 06 Sep 2013: The object lists in containers offer now a lot of information about a listed object, see screenshot below. I strongly recommend to improve the way of presenting this information and want to discuss this at the next JF (16 Sep 2013).
- Try to avoid too much rows and group information.
- Same line height unless entry is presented in two rows due to linebreak. Otherwise it seems as if some entries belong together while others not.
- Dedicated position for learning progress bubble (without leading text - this could be integrated in mouse over text)
JF Sep 16 2013: We agree that the presentation must be improved before a stable version of ILIAS 4.4 is released. We ask everyone to add suggestions and opinions. The discussion and the improvements can be continued during beta phase.
