SCORM 2004: Show cmi.completion Status

in Tracking Data the shown Status is only for cmi.success_status. But not every SCO sends a value for cmi.success_status and therefore Status shows 'unknown'. Most SCOs send value for cmi.completion_status.  This should also be displayed in Trackind Data to get a  good estimation of the learning progress.

Tracking Data now shows either cmi.success_status or cmi.completion_status, depending on which of the variables is set: if cmi.success_status is set, the column "Status in Tracking Data will display cmi.success_status, otherwise cmi.completion_status will be shown.
