Registration Mails with Attachment

It should be possible to upload attachment files (for each language) in the administration, that are attached to registration e-mails.

JF 22 Feb 2012: We appreciate this idea and schedule it for 4.3.
5 Implementation
JL 31 Aug 2012: It is now possible to add an attachment for each (active) language in Administration > User Accounts > Settings > New Account Mail.
