No default calendar for courses and groups

Most of our customers have activated the calendar in ILIAS. But they use it only in a few courses. We propose to not create by default a calendar for courses and groups. It should be a setting at the course and group setting-page.

JF 21 Nov 2011: We like the feature. We also discussed where the setting should be available. In the past we often tried to present service related settings "at the object", e.g. the news block or the comments feature. We would like to present all service related settings in a special settings section, so that e.g. news, comments and calendar can be (de-)activated on one screen (e.g. for courses).
 
If services are deactivated their data should not be deleted (e.g. comments or calendar entries), but their presentation is hidden. It would be nice, if we could revise these kind of settings for 4.3.

HL 19. März 2011: Sys-Admins should have the possibility to define what is the default setting of courses, and what is the default settings of groups.
