Improve Main Menu Search Input Field

1 Description

The search icon should be separated from the input field. If the user enters some text and clicks the icon (or hits enter) the search is performed. If the icon is clicked without entering any text, the search page is displayed (incl. last search results, if available). On entering the search input field, ILIAS still displays the drop down with the link to the last search results.
 
The main reason for this change is that users currently think that the icon is a button for executing the search, which is not (yet) the case.
