1 Description
It should be possible to create and edit an imprint for an ILIAS client.
- The imprint is a text page that is edited with the ILIAS page editor.
- A link to the imprint is published as a link in the footer of ILIAS.
- Presentation of the imprint page:
- Header bar with logo and installation (client) title but without mail icon, user name and logout link, no main menu.
- Content in a centered block with fixed width.
- Back link on top and and at the bottom to go back to the page where the imprint was called.
- The imprint should also get a permanent link. This is necessary when there should be a link from an external web page (CMS) to the imprint page.

JF 18 Oct 2010: We highly appreciate this feature. If Matthias (who does not participate today) does not object, we would like to have this in 4.2.

Selma Schumacher (COGNOS AG), 04. Nov 2011: we agree that this is an important feature and would like to support it in terms of funding.
JF 7 Nov 2011: We would like to use the ILIAS page editor for this purpose and set it on the development list for ILIAS 4.3.
5 Implementation
JL 31 Aug 2012: The imprint can be edited in Administration > General Settings > Imprint. The permanent link can be copied from the ILIAS page footer where the imprint is linked when active.
