The current implementation of "Contact System Administrator" sends the contact mail to the general system administrator of an ILIAS client. This is the address which is entered in the setup by someone who is usually responsible for the technical service of an ILIAS installation. But the idea behind this contact option for users is to send a mail to someone who takes care of users (help desk). Therefore I recommend to do some changes to improve this feature.

• The address of these mails needs to be changed. Instead of using "E-Mail" in Administration » General Settings » Contact Information we should use "Feedback Recipient" and rename the link text into "Contact Administration".
• Additionally, a setup step has to be implemented that adds the current value of "E-Mail" into "Feedback Recipient" - as long as there is no address entered.
• And we could add a short description text that clarifies that this address is used for the "Contact Administration" mails.
