Booking Pool: Add possibility to remove Participants

1 Initial Problem

Until now, it is possible to add Participants to a Booking Pool, but there is not function for removing Participants again.

2 Conceptual Summary

User with Permissions to Edit the Booking Pool are able to remove Participants at the tab "Participants". With removing a account, the bookings of this account have to be deleted, too. A new action will be shown at the tab "Participants": "Remove Participant"

The result is, that all bookings of the selected account are deleted. Therefore a modal for confirmation is shown.

Within this Feature Request, the table "Participants" is moved to a KitchenSink table. The described action is added to the Actions dropdown menu.
