Abandon CSV Export in User

1 Reasons to Abandon Feature

The CSV export in User is redundant as we have an export to a spreadsheet. Every spreadsheet program will allow the user to transform the spreadsheet into a CSV. Additionally the rather rudimentary CSV component in ILIAS has been marked as deprecated and usages should be remove asap.
