TAC: Add Settings for Results, Questions and Test-Dashboard to Export for TestArchiveCreator

1 Initial Problem

Most relevant settings of the test and questions are included in the export, but the information found at the dashboard/ participants page is not fully included.

2 Conceptual Summary

To address this issue, we propose the following improvements:

Include the dashboard information, especially IPs and user IDs present, as they might be pre-populated (and thus relevant to archive) .

Remark: The current situation is that IP's are not stored and only participants that have started test runs are part of the export.
