TAC: Add Participants Name and Client IP Range to Archive Export

1 Initial Problem

Currently the archive export of the TAC does not include information for manually added participants that did not start a test. This poses a problem as participant data might be pre-populated by admins (and thus relevant to archive).
Depending on the exam setting the IP-adresses of the participants are relevant and are currently not part of the export.

2 Conceptual Summary

To address this issue, we propose to include the participant information, especially UserID (login) and (optionally) client ip range in the test archive export file. This information can be added to the existing HTML Overview File. In case an added/listet participant does not take part in the exam, i.e. there is no test data to link to in this table/overview we can leave out this column.
