Abandon Excel Exports in Question Pools

1 Reasons to Abandon Feature

The usecase for this feature is dubious as it just outputs an spreadsheet with the title, the description, the type, the auther, the create date, and the update date of every question in the question pool. If this is really needed it should be incorporated into the list of questions of the pool.
