Wiki-Rating Feature (stars) also for ILIAS Learning Moduls

I'd like to suggest, that also pages in ILIAS Learning Moduls can be
rated with stars.

Normally feedback of students, esp. of Dental Medicine, is not easy to get.
They are not very interactive online. We have to struggle alot for every hint and can even guess by site tracking, which contents are visited.

So I guess the (anonymous) rating-feature could be very helpful for us (teachers) and our students.

Zenzen, Enrico [ezenzen], 05 SEP 2022: This request no longer fulfills the requirements of the Feature Wiki. In consultation with the maintainer I change the status of the feature request to "Redundant / outdated". If the request is still relevant, please update template and mockups.
