Login/Logout entry is difficult to find

1 Initial Problem

In the mobile view, the login or logout glyph is not found by users. To log out, users must click on more in the MetaBar and then click on user. Only then will they be shown the logout option. The process is too complicated for such a central function.

Even in the public area, the login is not visible at first glance. Users must first click on more to log in.

2 Conceptual Summary

The login and logout glyph should be displayed in a more prominent place in the mobile view. According to the desktop view, the glyphs should be displayed at the top right of the metabar. All other MetaBar entries will continue to be grouped together in the more glyph to the left of the profile or login.

9 Discussion

Mela, Alix [ILIAS_LM] 2023-08-22: nice FR. the mobile version at least shows the text for the glyph. our users on big screens confuse login and logout (as there is no text) and cannot find the login icon if the link to ILIAS does not lead them to the form.

10 Implementation

{ The maintainer has to give a description of the final implementation and add screenshots if possible. }
