Multi-Lingual Taxonomies

1 Initial Problem

For our multi-lingual public we would like to offer meulti-linual taxonomies. This is not possible in ILIAS 6. 

2 Conceptual Summary

The taxonomies are to be displayed in the user's language. If the Term is not available in that language the term is displayed in system langauge by default.
