Relative Deadlines Hours
Page Overview
[Hide]1 Initial Problem
ILIAS 5.4 introduced the option of a relative submission date. The minimum is currently 1 day. It is not possible to set a smaller time unit (e.g. 2 hours), but this is often necessary for exam submissions or smaller tasks.
2 Conceptual Summary
As a relative delivery date, not only "days" should be possible as a unit, but also "minutes" and "hours".
The form field should be adapted so that a user does not have to enter too many minutes for longer periods (days) or decimal places for shorter periods (2 hours). Therefore an input field is needed, which allows to enter the duration of days, hours or minutes. All three can be combined (e.g. 3 days, 2 hours, 1 minute) or used individually (e.g. 50 minutes).
