Hide profile selection if only one profile has been assigned

1 Initial Problem

The selection of competence profiles is displayed to users even if only one profile has been assigned to them. That confuses users.

2 Conceptual Summary

The selection menu should no longer be displayed if users are working with one profile. Due to the introduction of a page title (see Transfer of competences into a reporting panel, the selection menu is not required to display the title if only one profile has been assigned.
In addition, the user is clearly shown when several profiles are available for selection, as the selection menu only then appears.

7 Discussion

Killing, Alexander [alex], 24 July 2019: So you would have two headings on top? One for the profile title, one for the first competence.

JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], 23 SEP 2019 : We highly appreciate the removal of the competence dropdown when only one competence is available.

Famula, Thomas [tfamula] 12 MAY 2022: Outdated / redundant due to Improved presentation of competence profiles.

8 Implementation

{The maintainer has to give a description of the final implementation and add screenshots if possible.}
