Contrast and Luminosity 
Text, glyphs and icons have a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 to their background, except for the following:

• Large-scale text, glyphs and icons have a contrast ratio of at least 3:1
• Text that is part of a logo or brand name has no contrast requirement.

Text Size 
Test size Body at least 22 pt, and small caption 75% of that
Line spacing 120 -160% of text size

Rules on Text Spacing are adhered to.

Schmidt-Sielex, Wolfgang [WSS] 2023-07-20: Feature has been discussed by a sub-group of SIG accessibility and set to 'outdated' because the skin has been massively improved since the request has been posted.  All remaining issues with the skin are reported in Mantis.
