Study Programme: Add link to course that was passed

1 Initial Problem

Currently the Members tab in the Study Programme shows the title of the course which led to the completion of a Study Programme in the "Completion By" column. Since only the title is shown, people need to search that course manually or even are not able to find the course due to ambigous titles.

2 Conceptual Summary

The title of the course should be linked to the course, if the course is still available on the installation and visible and/or readable for the user.

Titles of courses in the column "Completion By" get linked to the course.
