Include Learning Progress of linked courses

1 Initial Problem

Course links in Courses are practical. However the learning progress of members of the linked course is not aggregated in the encompassing course at all. 

2 Conceptual Summary

The encompassing course should offer the option of including the Linked Courses to contribute to the learning progress of the encompassing course. 
This will present a performance issue as well as the risk of learning progress settings that render an encompassing unpassable.
