Filter for personal competency entries

1 Initial Problem

Over time, learners collect a lot of different competency information.
These can be different types of formation (SelfEvaluation, Appraisel, Measurement) over a very long time or even a lot of data over a short period of time.

(There are examples with over 100 lines about 6 competences.)

2 Conceptual Summary

To get an overview of the competences and competence development, which are important for the learner or the counseling, filters should be available.
We need the following options:

• The time will be limited (both slots default: blank), 
• the type of formation can be selected (default: any),
• the target level can be turned on and off (default: show), 
• Materials (suggested ressources & assigned materials) can be turned on and off (default: show).

7 Discussion

JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], 16 JUL 2018 : We highly appreciate this suggestion and schedule it for 5.4. Open issue is if "Type of Formation" is a good label for this filter. Will be discussed between Oliver and Matthias.

Killing, Alexander [alex], 22 Oct 2018: The responsive filters are not ready yet. And we do not have Date-Input Fields in the KS yet. Due to these reasons this view still works with a toolbar. We will migrate this to responsive filters with the next major release.
