Cleanup of Evaluation for All Users-tab
Page Overview
[Hide]1 Initial Problem
In ILIAS-Tests, the "Evaluation for All Users"-tab gives a first overview for teachers. Our teachers often ask for little improvements for the table in this tab.
A cleanup of this table would be helpful.
2 Conceptual Summary
The former "Evaluation of all Users" -tab in Statistics served a vital purpose and it is gone.
1. We need it back as a the first sub tab in ... ?
2. We suggest to improve this table, and not to introduce the new KS: Presentation Table for Test Statistics
3. This Feature Request suggests a table-cleanup, an improvement of the filter, and an improvement of the columns-dropdown.
3 User Interface Modifications
3.1 List of Affected Views
{Please list all views (screens) of ILIAS that should be modified, newly introduced or removed.}
3.2 User Interface Details
{For each of these views please list all user interface elements that should be modified, added or removed. Please provide the textual appearance of the UI elements and their interactive behaviour.}
Table-columns update.

7 Discussion
JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], 15 OCT 2018 : We accept to re-introduce the screen "Evaluation for all users" for 5.4 but postpone the discussion about filter modifications and supported columns. We recommend to re-use the new responsive table filters for this screen for 6.0 - which would allow to enable and disable needed filters easily. And we need a general concept for privacy protection and presented user data in such tables (similar in SCORM or other components).
8 Implementation
The cleanup of columns has not been done with the implementation of this feature request. No changes about existing or newly desired filters has been done with the implementation of this feature request.
The statistics subtab "Evaluation for All Users" has simply been reintegrated as it was integrated with former ILIAS versions. The screen shows the list of participants with the information for the scored pass per participant. Also the export functionality is provided again.
When opening the detailed evaluaton for a single participant, the known screen with statistical information and the question list gets shown.

Approval
Approved at 19.10.2018, by Lauener, Hansjörg [lauener]: No specific testing necessary, because it is just a re-introduction of 5.3-code. Testing during the test-process is enough.
