Adding Notes to Test Questions in Tests

1 Initial Problem

Test participants can mark questions. However they cannot take notes. 

2 Conceptual Summary

Caveat: 

• Other than Notes and annotations on test question page only suggests to put Notes on whole questions not on specific parts of it. 
• We MUST NOT allow Comments in Tests or the beans will be spilled in no time. 

Participants can add notes to test questions while working through the test.
