Notification about New Comments
Page Overview
[Hide]1 Initial Problem
While there is a complete list of all Comments on the Personal Desktop, users basically have to stumble across new Comments accidentally. This diminishes their editorial usefulness.
- Wikis allow for commenting on their page content and offer Notifications in their Top Actions. But users are notified about changes made to the wiki or individual pagesbut NOT about new comments to either.
- Learning Modules allow for commenting on their page content and do NOT offer Notifications in their Top Actions. Users cannot be notified about anything neither about changes to the Learning module nor to individual pages nor about new comments to either.
