Sum up different perspectives to learning in a central area

1 Initial Problem

In ILIAS, different perspectives on one's own learning can be taken: competence orientation, learning objective orientation, learning progress and informal learning about badges.
Needlessly these views compete with each other.

2 Conceptual Summary

A new "roof element", the Learning History - a personal timeline - should connected them to each other.
For this purpose, the elements "Competencies", "Learning Progress" and "Badges" should be summarized in a common main menu entry "Learning History".

3.2 User Interface Details

The Personal Desktop Entries "Competences", "Learning Progress" an "Badges" become part of the Learing History for the user, which they are already content of it.

The entries of the PD become tabs in the Learning History. All former tabs become sub-tabs.
No new features should be implemented in "Competences", "Learning Progress" an "Badges".

The Revision of Certificates (Persisting Certificates) could integrated like the other.

3.3 New User Interface Concepts

We would need some kind of interface where all the other services can serve into.
