KS: Outlined Icon

Description

Purpose
Outlined Icons represent ILIAS Objects and are used to be layered upon a picture. 
Composition
An Outlined Icon is the silhouette of the Standard Icon with a slab as a background. By default, a fallback icon will be rendered; this is until a background image is defined in the icon's CSS-class.

Usage

1. Outlined Icons MUST be used if an Icon is displayed layered upon a picture. 

1. Upon a picture the Outlined Icon MUST sit in the top right corner. 

1. Outlined Icons MUST have aria-labels.
