Export: Limit number of objects for container exports

Exporting container objects can potentially result in a very high server load and disk space usage.
2 Conceptual Summary
It should be possible in the administration to limit the number of repository objects being included in an export of a container. If this number is exceeded, exports are prevented and an error message ("This category/course/... contains too many objects. Maximum of x objects is allowed.")
