Linking tabs within a portfolio

1 Initial Problem

Portfolios often have a documentary and a reflexive character. However, it is not always possible to present both aspects directly next to each other. A reference from one area to another can only be done in written form - but not "interactively".
Often, thematic separations are made from one tab to the next tab. In the case of cross-cutting topics, however, no direct references can be inserted.

2 Conceptual Summary

Linking within a portfolio should be possible.


In addition, the portfolio-internal links should always bear the name of the tab to which they lead. If the tab title is changed, the linked link title also changes.

Portfolio-Template: If internal Links are used in Templates, linking become used in personal Portfolio.

7 Discussion

JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], July 03, 2017: We highly appreciate this suggestion and schedule it for 5.3. But we prefer to implement internal linking within a portfolio similar to the wiki "[[ ]]" and not to support linking to portfolio pages of other users due to permission check problems.
