Administrator notification after waste of last try to login

1 Description

Since version 3.10, it is possible to define a maximum number of tries to login with a wrong password.

However, up to now no one is notified after a user wasted his/her last try without success.
It would be helpful to have selected users (or the root user) notified about cases like that.
Analogously to the "Notification" entry field for addressees of notification on new self-enrollments, there could also be a facility to define addressees.

In order to prevent a "mail flood" (e.g., in case wrong passwords have been delivered to thousands of users who now try to log in), there should be a warning before the last login try that either refers to the administrator e-mail address or, if active, the password assistance.
