Competence Results in Tests: Adaptation of Object Reporting Panels

1 Initial Problem

The spiderweb is to be replaced as the visualisation of competence data. The survey and the test ought use the same means of visually communicating the competence results.  

2 Conceptual Summary

The visualization of competency results is to be revised. The corresponding main article can be found here: Introduction of bar charts
Already, the test uses the service from the survey. It is a unification.
