Improving e-exam countdown

1 Initial Problem

Forwarding to signature/questionaire after countdown or near completion not possible.

2 Conceptual Summary

It should be possible to electronically sign even after countdown or near completion of the test. Currently the timer counts even after starting the signing process/forwarding to a questionnaire and interrupts during signing/editing. A solution could be in excluding the signature process/forwarding to a questionnaire from the countdown.
