Course: Streamline Excel-Export and Print View

1 Requirements

1.1 Status in ILIAS 5.1

In the Member-Tab of courses and Groups one can print a memberlist. Clicking on "Print Memberlist" calls a form allowing to select the data to be included in the print. 

In the Member-tab of Courses and Groups there is a sub-tab"Export Participants".  Opening that sub-tab a form is shown allowing to select the data to be included in the export. 

1.2 Requirements for 5.2

1. Include User Data fields
We require the options in "User Data" to comprise

• all Standard User Data Fields and all Custom User Data Fields that are set to "Visible in Courses" / "Visible in Groups".  These are set in the global Administration
• all course relevant user data fields. These are set in the Settings-tab of the Course. 

2. Streamline Forms of 'Export Participants' and 'Print Memberlist'
The two forms are doing almost identical things but look very different. The two forms should be streamlined to are both modeled after the "Select Data to be printed"-screen. 

3. Default settings for both forms possible

• We require that Administrators can set default values for the "Select Data to be printed " form. This calls for a new sub-tab in the Settings-Tab in the Courses section of the global Administration. 
• We require that Administrators can set default values for the "Select Data to be exported" form. This calls for a new sub-tab in the Settings-Tab in the Courses section of the global Administration.
