Administrators can text Reminder E-Mail of Surveys

1 Requirements

Administrators of ILIAS installations should be able to edit the text of the reminder e-mail automatically sent by surveys.

• In the "Mail"-Section of the Administration panel in the tab "Text Templates" a new "Context" is to be devised to allow texting mails for reminders in surveys. 
• After activating the checkbox "Remind Users to Participate" in the "Settings"-tab of surveys, users adminstering the survey can then select if they want to use the standard text from the language-variables or the organisation-specific text from the Text Templates.

Seiler, Yvonne [yvseiler] 29. march 2016: Dear Alexandra, this Feature Request sounds interesting, but we have some clues about it:

• If you use "Authentication by Access Codes" you already get an email field to send a reminder and save your own mail text. In this case "you" is the survey administrator. Perhaps the option "Remind Users to Participate" (in survey settings) could use the same mail form? Or is it necessarily that this reminder mail (on the contrary to the access codes mail option) can only be set by an ILIAS system administrator?
• If we could use this feature request for all automatically generated mails, that would be a hugh improvement for the whole ILIAS, not only for survey. We heard, that Qualitus estimated this functionality as core functionality with an own maintainer (15'000 Euro). Then ILIAS administrator could change mail texts for surveys, forum, tests, course joinings, etc.: "Norbert Bromberger hat bereits einmal mit Databay darüber gesprochen, dass es möglich sein sollte, alle automatisch generierten Mails über die ILIAS-Oberfläche konfigurierbar zu machen. Qualitus nutzt aktuell ein Plugin von Databay, damit können sie allerdings nur die besonderen Buchungsmails für die Seminar-Verwaltung nutzen. Dies ist eine neue Core-Funktionalität, betrifft Survey, das Forum, den Test uvm. Die Maintainerschaft sollte fairerweise ausgeschrieben werden. (Databay hat 15k Euro dafür geschätzt)."
  Could it be interesting to collect some more budget and implement this as a whole ILIAS feature?

2016-04-18, AT: After disussing this feature with the maintainer, I have reframed to whole approach and switched to using Text Templates.
