DataCollection: Introducing a moderator-permission

This new moderator-permission allows a certain user to view all entries of a Data-Collection. This permission will be necessary, when the Table-Option „View only own entries“ is set.

4 Implementation

The new permission is now called "Edit content". The permission allows more fine graded controll on editing datacollection entries. The User can see the same tables as a user with read-privileges. But the permission allows the specified user to see/edit all entries of the visible tables, even when the option „view only own entries“ is set. The permission not enabled by default.
