Minimum Waiting Time for Test Runs
1 Requirements
If a test offers more than one test run per user, users can currently simply repeat the test immediately until they either run out of test runs or until they've got everything correct. Psychologial studies, however, show that in many cases it ios advisable to let the experience (and the knowledge) gained in a test run settle for some time to make "interleaving" effects possible.
Therefore, I suggest adding a new setting in the "Test Run" section that offers
- a checkbox [x] "Minimal waiting time between test runs" and
- a relative time selector (n) minutes), (m) hours, (o) days, (p) months

3 Discussion
JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], Nov 23, 2015: We highly appreciate this request and schedule the feature for 5.2.
4 Implementation
The feature can be controlled with the "Force waiting time between passes" setting.
If this setting is activated, users cannot start a new attempt before a configurable period of time passed. During that time, the button "Start the Test" is hidden and the user is notified about the reason. Once the recurrence period is over, the button is shown again, allowing for a new attempt to be started.
