Use Org Units to Classify External Users

1 Initial Problem

When using the ECS, users from a connected installation are imported temporarily and get a prefix in front of their username to distinguish these users from other users of this platform. This behaviour was introduced with the ECS before ILIAS got organisational units with 4.4. But it would make much more sense to use the concept of org units to identify such external users from all participating installations - especially because ILIAS offers Support of OrgUnits in Courses and Groups with version 5.2.
