Additional DB-Storage of Memberships in Course/Groups

1 Requirements

Membership in courses and groups is currently only stored in rbac-tables, what makes it difficult to determine the membership status for specific users.
All users assigned to courses and groups will be stored in an additional table (obj_members).
The update of the obj_member table will be controlled by rbac-events.

CK 01.04.2015: Thumbs Up! -> Does it make sense to do consistency checks once in a while, or are you able to catch *all* relevant events?
