Learning Plan - Relative Timetable

1 Requirements

It should be possible to enter relative dates as administrator.
 
When a learner is assigned to the course the relative date must then be converted to an absolute date. The view for the learner doesn't change.
 
Nice-To-Have: Make the learning plan a tab (instead of a sub-tab)
