Preserve solution teams in exercises with multiple assignments

1 Requirements

In exercises with multiple assignments and team solutions, learners must create their solution teams anew for each assignment in the exercise. Learners find this a cumbersome task, and they must be careful not to forget any members of their team.
 
We suggest that solution teams should be preserved for future assignments of the same exercise, resp. the teams of the older assignment should be automatically copied when a new assignment is created. However, it must be possible to change the team in each assignment by adding or removing members.

Alex Killing 10 Apr 2014: I support this idea.

JF 28 Apr 2014: We support the idea and schedule it for 4.5. If a new assignment is created and type "Team Upload" is choosen, ILIAS can ask in a second step, if teams of an older team upload assignment should be reused.
