Competence Management - Set minimal and desired level for competences in job profile
1 Requirements
Currently it is possible to assign competences to a job profile with a target level (missnomer in the title). This target level should be accompanied by a minimal level for the competence.

Alex Killing, 10 Apr 2014: This sound feasible. We need to clarify the details. E.g. how would this affect the gap analysis screens.

Richard Klees, 12 May 2014: I regret, that I have to inform you, that my company drops the support for this feature for now due to internal reasons. Therefore i won't be able to finish the concept.
