File as Peer Feedback

1 Requirements

It should be possible to upload a file as a peer feedback in addition to the text and rating. Especially when the hand-in solution has been a file, this might come in very handy (programming tasks, corrected / annotated version of a document, ...).
 
Depending on the complexity of realising this, it could be implemented with a simple upload button (similar to replace /edit  of the repository object "File") or with a workflow like the hand-in workflow of the execise.

Marko Glaubitz, 08.05.2014: Please get in touch with me, if I can do anything. We would really like to see this feature in 4.5 :)

Alex Killing 21 May 2014: We (Jörg, Matthias and I) discussed the feature today and think its implementation is straight forward. We need a new option (checkbox) on the assignments settings screen that enables file uploads for peer feedback and we need to extend the "Give/Receive Peer Feedback" screens (see Exercise: Overview) with actions to upload and download these files.

JF 26 May 2014: We support the feature and schedule it for 4.5.

MG, 28.08.2014. The implementation looks really good. But, is there a reason for the one file per review limit?
