Internal Link to Course Function Admission per Link

1 Requirements

In courses, there is a self-registration mode called 'Admission per Link' that automatically enrolls users to a course who click a specific hashed link.
By now, this link can only be integrated in ILIAS page surfaces (text or imagemap) as an external link.
The disadvantage is that external links always open in a new browser window/tab, even if they point to a location in the same ILIAS installation (or client, resp.).
Thus, the 'Admission per Link' function cannot be used in an optimal way from inside ILIAS (except using HTML code that allows to specify a target).
Suggestions for a solution:

• A soon as the 'Admission per Link' function is enabled in a course, the internal link to this course is the hashed link automatically enrolling the user who clicks it.
• When creating internal links to course object with 'Admission per Link' function enabled, an additional option is offered (maybe via an icon) to adopt the hash.
• Functions creating external links offer a target option (which by default is "_blank", i.e., new window/tab).
• External links automatically get a target indication "_self" (i.e., same window/tab) if the link points to a location in the same ILIAS installation (or client, resp.).
