Accelerated membership and role assignment requests

1 Requirements

Requests to find out which ILIAS roles are assigned to which ILIAS object are currently only possible with extensive SQL joins. Especially the often used request to find out which users belong to which course or group is time-consuming.
 
Therefore, data base tables rbac_fa and rbac_ua shall be improved to support quicker requests of memberships.

Zenzen, Enrico [ezenzen], 03 AUG 2022: This request no longer fulfills the requirements of the Feature Wiki. In consultation with the maintainer I change the status of the feature request to "Redundant / outdated". If the request is still relevant, please update template and mockups.
