Competence Service for Test

1 Requirements

At the time beeing, it is possible to assign competences to questions within a 360° survey. This Feature should be adapted for test questions, since the abstract concept behind can be adapted quite easy. The benefit would be a automatic achievment of competence levels on a per question basis also with test questions.

Different to the concept in surveys it should be possible to assign more than one competences to a single question within tests.

In Addition to the competence concept in surveys it should be possible to define a number of points for each competence/question assignment, so the collection of "competence points" is differently weighted over the different test questions with the same competence assigned.

The sceenshots above come from the current implementation with a fixed sequence test. This user interface could be used for tests with random question sets, too. All questions, that could be drawn into a participants question set would be listed.

4 Discussion

BH 12 May 2014: The maintainers highly appriciate this feature.

5 Implementation

BH 03 Feb 2014: The feature has been implemented and is available in the new optes branch

BH 12 May 2014: With the current implementation tests with fixed question set are supported only. Technically an implementation for at least tests with random question set can be addapted.

JF 12 May 2014: We appreciate this feature and schedule it for 4.5. The threshold handling should be done similar to 360 survey. If random tests should be supported, please provide a proposal how the threshold handling could work.
