Lock data file after upload

1 Description

It will be a super feature to have the possibillity/option to lock uploaded data files of users after their first upload. So that course admins do not have to wait with the grading until the time of one unit ends.
 
Es wäre ein Superfeature wenn sich einmal abgegebene Dateien (vor Ablauf der Abgabezeit) sperren lassen. Soll heißen, wer abgegeben hat, hat abgegeben und darf nicht (innerhalb der Abgabezeit) eine neue Datei hochladen, die die alte Datei ersetzt.

Alex Killing 10 Apr 2014: I understand the request, but since we have different hand-in procedures, this may add some complexity to the code, and I am not that sure if this feature would be that big benefit. It somehow penalizes users that hand-in early (sometimes informations or clarifications are given to learners during the hand-in period).
 
It would be good to have some other opinions on this.
