Data Collection - Default sort field

1 Requirements

It should be possible to set the default sorting for a table. This setting applies only for new users  - users who have never sorted the corresponding table.

JF 31 Mar 2014: We appreciate the feature and schedule it for 4.5.

HJL: Good feature. But what if you want two or more "Default sort fields and orders? EG.
- for Bibliography: Author Lastname and Author Firstname; Year
- for Plugin-DB: Maximum ILIAS Release; Title
...
