Data Collection - Improved navigation through records

1 Requirements

In 4.3 it is a roundabout way to navigate through the record pages of a data collection. You always need to go back to the overview of the dc's main table and then click on the tiny "View" icon of the next record / entry.

It would be much nicer to have forward / backwards options on the record pages like in an ILIAS learning module. This would allow me to browse easily in the data collection.
