Better information texts for Course / Group waiting lists

1 Requirements

When activateing the waiting list for a course or group info texts are displayed in the object lists. But the used texts leads to wrong suggestions on the user side.
To reproduce:

1. Create an course or group with activated waitinglist
2. Add users until one or more users on waitinglist
3. Remove one user from the memberships
4. Now the text "1 free membership" is displayed in the object overview. This intends to users as "I can access the course / group immediately". But this is wrong.

There should be an other message like: "There are other users waiting for access to this course / group"

• Funding: Required / Partly funded by / Funded by ...
• Maintainer: (will be set by Jour Fixe)
• Development: Implementation of the feature is done by (company, developer)
