Request For Approval With Mandatory Message

1 Requirements

In some scenarios it would be helpful if the request for joining a course or group could be combined with a mandatory message. At the time being it is already possible to ask or to post somethings in the approval form. But a course administrator cannot make this message mandatory.
 
So a lot of people only ask for joining the course but cannot be asked why they want to join before the membership request is sent. So the tutor needs to send a mail to each of these users.
 
Recommendation:

1. Option to set the "Message to Course Administrator" mandatory.
2. Option to add a "Question to the form", e.g. « Please give reasons for joining this course... »

The input check should only justify if there is something written. A tutor gets already an impression of the user if the user only writes "XYZ..".
